Enrollment is confirmed only after completion of the application process and receipt of the initial payment. Learners must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
a. All program fees are payable in advance or as per the selected split-payment plan.
b. All invoices include applicable taxes, including GST.
c. Failure to complete payments as scheduled may lead to suspension of access without refund.
d. Fees are non-transferable.
Refund rules are governed strictly by our Refund Policy, available separately on this website.
Learners are expected to maintain decorum, professionalism, and respect. Misconduct, plagiarism, disruptive behaviour, or violation of guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.
All course materials, recordings, assignments, designs, templates, and resources are protected intellectual property. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited.
dot labs - UI/UX Design School of Tomorrow does not guarantee employment, internship placement, or career outcomes. Our responsibility is limited to delivering educational content and mentorship.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in the courts of Mumbai.
10. Recurring Payments, eMandates & Auto-Debit Authorisation
By enrolling in a program using a split-payment plan or subscription plan, the learner (“You”) agrees to the creation of a recurring payment mandate through UPI AutoPay, eNACH, eSign, Debit Card, Netbanking, or any other auto-debit method supported by our payment partners.
10.1 Authorisation
You hereby authorize dot labs and its payment partners (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or PayU) to:
Automatically debit the scheduled installment amount on the due date each month.
Initiate retries in case the first attempt fails.
Notify you regarding mandate creation, activation, failure, or cancellation.
This mandate remains active until all installments are paid in full or the program contract is fulfilled.
10.2 Responsibility of the Learner
You agree to:
Maintain sufficient balance in the linked bank account or UPI ID.
Ensure the mandate is not revoked during the program duration.
Update payment details promptly if your bank account or UPI ID changes.
10.3 Failed Payments
If an auto-debit attempt fails:
The payment gateway may attempt additional retries.
You remain responsible for completing all pending payments.
Access to classes, recordings, or materials may be paused until dues are cleared.
Administrative/late fees may be applied (if applicable).
10.4 Cancellation of Mandate
An active mandate cannot be cancelled until all instalments are paid.
Cancellation or forced revocation will be treated as default, and dot labs - UI/UX Design School ot Tomorrow may:
Suspend access to the program
Initiate recovery of the pending amount
Take legal or collection measures as permitted by law
10.5 Completion of Mandate
Once all instalments are successfully paid, the mandate will be automatically closed.
